Custom-designed home by EDB between Phinney Ridge and Ballard next to a neighborhood park. Believing that design and energy are more important than size, this new environment-friendly home was well built to guarantee a long life. For example, the garage door is aluminum with steel railings and the front porch has a steel and fiberglass awning with a link-chain drain.

The interior spaces include a living room with a custom-cut maple-ply ceiling, a gas fireplace, floating cork and bamboo flooring and exposed beams.
